System Administrator can't elevate roles to security_admin

Somehow System Administrator has been unable to elevate role to security admin...

Is there any possibilities?

When system administrator select "Elevate roles" on user menu, pop-up is shown but cant choose security admin on that pop up...

Need some configurations to show security admin on popup in above, or somehow data was lost..?

Looks like you lost the `security_admin` role.  You could check to verify it still exists.

If it doesn't export it from a work/second instance and import it to your instance.

If you don't have it on your account. Well someone from SN could probably fix it.  You could also write a fix script/scheduled job to do it (it being create the role and assign it to your user)

I checked user role but looks no problem 😞

The bellow is screen shot of 2 instance, one doesn't have problem (sys admin can elevate to security admin) and other has problem. There is no difference related security admin role between 2 instance.

I will contact SN person for investigation.

Have you resolved the issue? I encountered the same problem today . Security_admin role exists but doesn't show. When I clicked on Elevate Roles, security admin doesn't show in the pop up. Please let me how you fix it.
