Hello,

Once you claim the voucher, you have 1 year to use it, but you can go ahead into Webassessor and schedule your exam (even if months and months out). It's better to just go ahead and use the voucher otherwise there could be situations where there becomes an issue with it later.

No, I just completed SysFund yesterday (8/31) and got the voucher and it says I have 1 year to take the exam.

Hi,

It's recommended to review the ServiceNow Fundamentals course, the ServiceNow CSA examination prep course on Now Learning, the ServiceNow CSA blueprint PDF document, and then practicing with labs and other hands-on experience with your personal developer instance.

It is NOT recommended to refer to 3rd party sites as the content is not controlled by ServiceNow and historically...has had erroneous answers to questions, etc.
