Hello everyone,
I'm relatively new to working with Workspaces, and I'm encountering an issue I can't quite figure out. In one of our Workspaces, there's a tab labeled "Recovery Tasks", but whenever a user tries to open it, the tab loads as a blank page.
However, when I open it with my admin account, everything works fine.
I also tried impersonating the user and accessing the underlying table directly, they have both read and create access without any issues.
Has anyone come across something similar or have any ideas on what might be causing this?

Hi,
Impersonating the user is the right way to validate. this simply looks like a cosmetic thing and user browser specific issue.
Clear Cache or try incognito mode. you may need to try with different browsers and maybe a different machine to isolate the issue.

Hello @sandeepchau
The first screenshot shows me impersonating the user, and this issue occurs across all browsers.
We've tried clearing the cache, using different browsers, and testing with other users, but the problem persists.

Hi @Vinicius2
Based on the screenshot you have shared it looks like there are no recovery tasks associated to the record you are trying to check for. Had there been any recovery tasks, the tab would be something like Recovery Tasks(n).
Try to check if the data you are trying to view exists in the system.
Please mark the answer helpful and correct if it helps the issue. Happy scripting 🙂

Hello @shantanu_patel8
Unfortunately, that’s not the case. We have other examples that include Recovery tasks, and they’re not loading either. Additionally, the user should be able to see the New button, just like in the second screenshot.
