Table column label is not display

please look at the picture belowe , table column label is not display ,why ?

but  double click column label after ,column label have value .

just only read ,can't update success . 

it very headache .

who know how to fix it ?

Hi,

1. Check the sys_documentation table for the new label.

2. If you have the label but still the column label is empty then clear the cache https://<your_instance>.service-now.com/cache.do

3. You can also try logging into some other browser and you will be able to see the column label.

Make sure that your new column label is existing in the xml record.
