Table is not showing in Look up select box Type Specification Tab

Hi,

I have table created in cmn_building in global scope. But that table in not showing in my own application. Please check the screenshots. I am working on catalog item. Creating one variable which will be a select box and it has to be reference from the cmn_building table.

Is there setting I need do? Or any privileges I have to take from admin so that I can see that table in my own scope?

If you are doing a lookup from a table, you need to define that table in the Lookup from table field. This will then filter to show those fields on that table that are choice lists so you can re-purpose those choices elsewhere.

Thanks for quick reply. I am still struggling with that issue. I don't have admin access.   I did not understand the "you need to define that table in the Lookup from table field". Admin has to do this work [global access] or I can do this with my application.

Your first screenshot shows Lookup from table as being blank. Are you indicating that you cannot find the table from that list, or are you saying that you cannot find the field you created on that table?

I am not getting the table in that list.
