Table label is showing as label for extendend table

Hi,

I have a created in dev environment a custom table which is an extension of cmdb_ci table.

When I tried to move it in test environment,  in the update set it appears with label label.

It looks like the label it is not captured in the Update Set.

I already tried capturing the table in a different US but it didn't work.

Did anybody face the same issue?

Thanks and regards,

Alberto

Hello,

When you created this table, did you delete it and create it with the same name again?

Please tell us a bit more about what all you did/happened when you made this table.

Normally, this occurs when you created the table initially, then deleted it, then re-created the same named table again. The database sort of glitches and has an issue with this and it's recommended to be extremely careful when deleting and re-creating the same object over again. Meaning, if you need to create again, it would be best to choose a new name.

Hi,

I tried with both the solutions proposed but it didn't work.

The record in sys_documentation was already in Update set of Dev Environment.

There is no way to change label in the table I created

The strange thing is that if I simply load the update set to Test (upper) environment ( without doing preview and commit), I can see that it will be installed in a wrongly way.

There is label instead of the right label ICS CI EGPNA.

In dev environment table is perfectly working and accessible.

In test if I try to access it, I got this message:

Do you have any other clue?

Thanks and regards,

Alberto

Hi,

Please re-read my reply above and if you can, let me know your direct response to that. I see you're pasting the same reply to both me and the other person helping.

Also, your screenshots are not loaded correctly.

Hi @Allen Andreas - I am facing the same issue, and I don't remember ever deleting the table. I am facing the issue after promoting the table and transform map to a higher env via an update set.  Also, I cannot see the table appear in System Import Set → Data Source , when I try to import a sheet in the higher env.

Do you have any thoughts?
