A Cart creates a single Request (so E is False)
An approval either group/user is for a single request. (so A is False)

➤ Therefore, E (a Cart creates multiple Requests) is False. -
An Approval (whether by a group or user) is for a single Request
➤ Therefore, A (an Approval applies to multiple Requests) is False.
