Tabs navigation in UI bulder

Hi,

In OOTB Service Operations Workspace I can se that there is tabs navigation added. 

When user clicks a link it opens as a new tab. I'm analyzing ootb page but have no clue how was it implemented. I know how to add tabs to ui builder page but in this case I want to add working navigation handled by this tabs.

Not really but I still counting on Sandeep to come and ask some random question which won't help anyone but we could at least "hit the Thumb Icon and mark as Correct !!"
