Target Color Schemes for PA (Conditional Formatting)

Hi, I am requesting some assistance, I am trying to add target colors starting from green, then yellow, and red on my performance analytics reports (dashboard). I have almost gotten some of the colors to come together, like the green will appear, but the yellow is not working, and the red is showing. I have set the automated indicator to Maximize. I think I need to change the range limits for the color but not too sure on what it would be for what I am using. I have tried many different methods. I am reporting on Incidnet SLA (Serivice Level Agreement) by percentage. Our SLA for Priority 1 for an example is 90% , and anything below 84.9% would be failing. That would only be for our P1's only. I have attached a chart to show for review. We have 4 SLA's that we are reporting on P1-4.

I think this post (link below) should help you.  You need to set the color scheme on the Indicator itself, but I've only gotten it working myself with List > Score types of PA widgets.
