I have a scheduled report with a file that will be sent out to a particular email, once that email will be sent, the recipient will fill up the file and send it back/reply to the email that sent the report, the problem is i want the reply to be in the target table of data source so that it can be imported and transformed into servicenow. Any ideas? thanks!
