I have a requirement to build a flow to bring a record into ServiceNow. I've made a copy of the "Download S3 Object to ServiceNow Record" and pointed it to the Data Source record.
However, I've run into a snag for the "get" aspect. I am trying to navigate to a folder inside the bucket, and I don't seem to be able to.
I've adjusted the Resource Path to:
/Key(DataPill)/ServiceNow/
But it still only lets me select the Bucket. When I try to select "Key of Object," it's empty. I've confirmed that there are 4 available test files in the bucket, but ServiceNow can't see them. I've never worked with an S3 bucket before, and this integration seems particularly finicky.
Any advice to trying to connect to a folder in the Bucket?
