I have 2 task below in this phase, my question is, is there a way wherein if these two tasks will be completed below it will automatically generate some approval task?

NO, OOTB there is no way as of now, You can check in 3 Flow given by SN OOTB if we can fit this in that side else no other way. Also check in Release Policies.

Hi, where can I find the 3 flow? also when I go to the policy administration all I can see is the OOB ones

Sorry, I got confused, The 3 flow are for DevOps change not for DPR actually.  I think there is no way as of now to achieve your task OOTB, if you want need to do a good customization.
