Task SLA records are not visible for a user in Workspace

Task SLAs are not displayed to a user with required roles but are visible to the admin in the agent workspace. I looked up ACL and created new UI Views as well, Nothing Helped!

There was a business rule on task SLA from another developer. which is restricted and visible to only specific users!

Please try to create or edit the record in the sys_ui_list table. Please check the below screenshot.
