Task table UI Policy is not dynamic for incident records

Running into a weird issue which I'm not able to pinpoint. 

 

The ask is that if an SC_TASK or INC record is placed on-hold due to a vendor then a field should display to input a vendor ticket #.

 

I developed a UI Policy on the task table, have it inherit and check for conditions that satisfy either INC or SC_TASK. 

 

The issue I'm encountering is that for SC_TASKs it works fine and will dynamically show/hide the field if the conditions are satisfied/not-satisfied. 

 

For INC records it is not dynamic, but will eventually display if I save the record and it re-loads the form. If I build the same UI Policy for just in the incident table then it works.

Hello @MBarrott ,

I'll suggest you to make two different UI policy, because this may be creating a conflict or I'll suggest you to create a client script.
