Tasked to create an UI action button to send email to a vendor, It is a reference field, and I'm not understanding the OOB code. I know there is an easier solution. Please help.

I'm working on a task for work and coding is not really my thing. I need to create a UI action button that sends the same email to a "primary vendor" which is a reference field. I was told to refer to:

UI Action Name: Resend Assignment Email

Table: Vendor Risk Assessment

Id really be grateful for any guidance.
