Hi,
I am trying to add the teams channel in the event queue to trigger the notification but this does not work.
What could be the reason for this?
Regards,
Lalitha

Hi @Lalli123 ,
Firstly, You need to use the Microsoft Teams spoke on Integration Hub. The currently recommended way to do this is via Flow Designer which recognizes the spoke and can have a trigger action based on the comment being added.
Just to clarify, you need to be using Virtual Agent in ServiceNow for the Virtual Agent Teams chatbot app plus all users need to manually link their Teams account to their ServiceNow account before they can receive notifications from the Virtual Agent. It's an easy two-click process, but unfortunately it can't be done automatically so you'll need to ensure users do that.
Possible via two apps provided by ServiceNow "Now Actions" and "Virtual Agent"
If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!
