How to insert a link in non html field

Hello Devs,

I am working on a scenario in which I need to modify the System Properties Value and also I want to make a word from the value as a link.

e.g. "Click Here" this word should have a link. 
I have tried with the <a> tag but its not working please suggest me a solution

This is the system property I am calling from the Widget so that it displays the value in the portal but all i am getting is text format of the value

Hi @spimple , 

Please share the module/screen shot, where exactly you are trying this html link, and what type of data you are setting in system properties.  

Many items where we can add rich text, the editor it-self has html link icon.
