Teams Integration with Change Request

Hi Team,

I have a new requirement. 

1. We have a group in Microsoft Teams (Change Members Group).

2. Any change is approved, then send a message in the Teams group to "CHG000000 that it is approved and waiting for deployment."

3. Once Change is closed, send another message to "Update sets are deployed, and CHG00000 is closed. Please review the changes and write your comment on the CR."

Please help me on the same

You want this to happen for ALL changes, or just ones that meet certain criteria? You can create a notification that triggers off of those events and sends an email to the Teams channel. Or you could do it via a Flow.
