Hello, I recently integrated Microsoft Teams with Servicenow to be able to start chat conversations in incidents, Req, Change but when I start a chat and add some users in SN when adding them they appear in "Offline" but in Teams they are in "available" Status
Another thing that happens to me is that when I try to add groups it does not allow me to add them, does anyone know why?
Is it necessary to generate on call?
For the integration I have based myself on the pdf that I attached
I hope someone can help me with this since I have investigated but I cannot find a way to solve these problems
