template is not populating

Hello Experts,

we have custom table u_request and we have create a template for setting the fields to close the request. this was working fine but suddenly it is not applying the template.

recently we did upgrade to Jakarta(not sure if the issue is before the upgrade or after upgrade). is anyone facing the same issue?

it is saying template is applied but fields are not updated

found the issue.

in template user is trying to remove watch list users. user is trying to make watch list user field blank.

Any reasons why it is not working if watch list user is blank in the template?

I am facing similar issue, Request you to share some inputs on the template issue as how it can be fixed? Templates on Change request form when applied only info message is displayed but none of the field values are applied.
