Templates for "Load Data" from left Nav

Is there a possibility of adding an excel template on the page "Load data " . This is for users to identify which excel file to use to upload data

You won't be able to modift the 'load date' page [create_import_set.do]. An option is to create a catalog item with either helpful text, or a link to an existing excel file for people to download and then upload
