Hello Everyone,
I am trying to create a Failover mid server so that when the the Primary mid server is down then it should switch to the Secondary mid server automatically.
For this I have installed a Secondary mid server and I have created a failover cluster where I have marked the order of Primary mid server as 100 and Secondary as 200. The LDAP mid server contains the Primary mid server in it.
Now, when I am making the Primary mid server and running the schedule to import user data from AD then it is not executing since the primary mid server is down. Is ServiceNow supposed to switch the mid server to the Secondary one automatically since I have created the failover cluster? Please let me know if I am missing something on how ServiceNow will switch to the Secondary mid server automatically on the Primary mid server failure.
Regards

Hi @anirban300
Cluster-like MID Servers – When set up in clustered groups, ServiceNow automatically balances the load on discovery across the different MID Servers and they act as a failover for each other if one MID Server goes down.
