Hi, knowledgable Experts!
First of all, would like to apologize for my lack of knowledge here. I did the test connection for SAML as per below and got the message.
Click Test Connection
Receive Message
However, when I tried to Activate, I receive this error:
Assuming that the test connection is not the expected result, I have checked again step-by-step from the documentation here: Multi-Provider Single sign-on (SSO)
I have made sure that the user field is matching with the ID Provider field here.
Please advise me if anyone has suggestion for solution / has encountered this hiccup previously. I would very much appreciate the kindness and time to share it with me. Thanks!

Hello AG,
The solution you provided me seems not really applicable to my problem. My problem is as per screenshot, and I didn't receive any logout errors. However, the test connection is not successful because I cannot activate the IdP. The screenshot above should clarify.

did you manage to resolve this issue? I am running into the exact same problem.
