Text not getting highlighted in search results

As you can see in the image below, the search term isn't being highlighted in the results.
How can I make this work?

For debugging purposes - can you try in the impacted instance (as per the original post with blue menu bar) to search for different key words?

When you searched for the "Plan" it was not highlighted, if you search for anything else, it is highlighted or not either?
