The activities information from the original case is not shown when case reopened

Hello Team, 

 

When a case status is changed to "Reopened" the activities information from the original case is not shown for some records.

We see so many records.

Reopened appears to not be an out of the box state. Are there any script etc that run the state is set to reopened?
