Hi All,

My ATF is getting failed because Promote Major Incident UI action is not visible in Priority 1 incident whereas in manual testing it's visible for priority 1 incident.
How to test Promote major Incident UI action in ATF.

@Ankur Bawiskar Kindly assist! The requirement is just to test "Promote Major Incident" UI action which is visible in context menu when incident priority is set to 1

Thank you !!

@Kiruthika J

are you sure in manual testing it's visible?

Did you try with admin role in ATF?

Thank you @Ankur Bawiskar I'm able to see the UI action when I impersonate as "assigned to" user who is having more roles than caller(which I used previously to test the action).

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar
After I click promote Major Incident a pop up window appear I used set component values(custom UI) and click component(custom UI) step  to click promote to promote major incident, but I'm able set component value after I set component value still promote button is grey out but when i test in client runner manually promote is visible.

@Kiruthika J

I believe in manual testing that Promote button becomes editable after entering both the text boxes.

You have already given 60 seconds timeout so it should work.

But I could see in the screenshot both the text boxes not getting populated hence it didn't work.

Try to separate both the input text box set steps
