Hi @AnciaM ,
go the change request table and filter using the sys_id and see if you find any records
if you don't find any
1. change record doesn't exist either the change record may have got deleted
or there is no number associated to change number
2. did you import the problem record from any instance in that case import change record too

Hi @AnciaM
It looks like the CRQ record is missing from your current instance. If you have moved the problem record from a different instance, make sure to import all the related reference records as well.
As @M_Taimoor Jawai mentioned, Check the "Display" field in the Change Request dictionary records,—it is typically set to the "true" on the Number field.

Did any one changed the Display value to any other field and check if that field is empty for the record.
