The Delegated user is not able to see the demand record

Hello All,
I have delegated an user(XYZ) from Service portal to an another user(ABC).
The ABC user has all the demand roles.
From my Admin account I created a demand where the First Approver was XYZ.
I impersonated ABC in Service portal under My Approvals, ABC was able to see that demand,
after opening that demand He was able to approve or reject the demand but the demand record was not present.
Approvers cannot approve something without been able to view the content.

Does the delegate user have a demand-related role? If not, they won’t be able to see the demand.

Hello Dr. Atul,
The delegated user has a demand related role, He is able to see the approval request but not able to see the record.

Is the user able to see the demand record even without the delegate role? Also, is the demand record they're accessing created before or after the delegation was set up?

The delegated user is able to see the demand and it's content and yes it was the demand roles which were missing.
