The dot on Attachment icon not there, even after user attaches a file in record on custom workspace

When you have attachment added to the case the dot on attachment icon is not there.

Is there any way we can configure that i can see there is a Problem (PRB1529138) created by snow but there is no update on it. the last update was 3 years ago.

please let me know if you have any idea on it ?
