How to enable ITSM PRO or enterprise in instance

What is the plugin we need to install for ITSM pro or enterprise? and also Now assist pro / enterprise license?

When you mention Pro and Enterprise, it simply means installing additional plugins in your instance. Here, "instance" refers to your client's instance.

Check here, and you can install the required plugin. Regarding the license, before installing a new plugin, please consult your ServiceNow account manager, as licensing depends on your company's agreement with ServiceNow. I doubt we have something called "Now Assist Pro."
