The dot on Attachment icon not there, even after user attaches a file in record on custom workspace

When you have attachment added to the case the dot on attachment icon is not there.
Is there any way we can configure that i can see there is a Problem (PRB1529138) created by snow but there is no update on it. the last update was 3 years ago.
please let me know if you have any idea on it ?

Where is that screenshot from (the one with the blue dot), because it's not something that works OOB.

If you are looking for an issue in Snow, you are on the wrong community. ServiceNow and Snow are two completely different platforms.
Next to that: what dot? OOB there is no dot showing when you add an attachment to a ticket.
