The email status doesn't change to 'sent'; it always stays in 'send-ready'.

I am trying to send an email to confirm a new registration. I've tried several ways: using a flow, creating a notification... But I’m not receiving the email. When I open the "sys_email_list.do," the emails I attempted to send appear there, but as 'send-ready' (I believe the issue is related to this, as the type doesn't change to 'sent'). Can someone help me, please? Note: I’ve already enabled 'Email sending enabled' and 'Email receiving enabled' in the email properties, and it still doesn’t work.

Hi @michael1802

If you are checking in PDI, it will never move to "sent" because in PDI, we don’t have email accounts set up, even though the properties are enabled. If you want, you can add the email accounts to resolve this.
