The field 'parent' in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace not copied from Work order to Work order task

For some reason this works in the BACK-END, but when I am in the WORKSPACE the field is not copied. (Picture attached)
You can also see that in the past this did work, but I have no idea what happened that stopped working.
There is an existing BR in the system that performs the copying but as you can understand it does not affect the WORKSPACE.
I am also attaching a picture of the BR that belongs to the system.

Its likely is because the existing business rule runs on the backend but is not scoped, enabled, or replicated for the workspace view and thus the workspace UI doesn’t reflect the record update.......for example there are documented issues where business rules complete successfully on the server side but their updates don’t refresh live in Agent/Configurable Workspace unless you explicitly handle the workspace record context.....

Could you please help in explaining how and why the business rule won't work for workspace view?
Also it would be great if you share the KB articles which mentions about the same issue which you were referring?

I believe both the links are not related to the question being asked.
the 1st link is specific for project workspace but this is about CSM workspace.
the 2nd link is about older agent workspace and not about configurable workspace.
