The file attachment type field is not appearing in Service Portal form.

Hi All,

I have a table in my instance which I want to show in my portal and whole form is appearing correctly except the file attachment. What can be the issue. Please provide your suggestion and what will be the alternative way to solve this.

Hi Prachi,

Try checking "Mandatory Attachment" on the form definition.

Another possibility is to add an Attachment field on the form.

That is for a catalog item, which does support field attachments. The OPs question was specifically regarding the file_attachment field type, which is still not supported.
