If so, please wait and keep checking, there may be some back activity going on at data center.

Also check if you have received any email for any planned activity or instance offline notification.

@mugesh Wait for few more hours to see if the instance comes back.

If you have already been waiting for quite some time then I suggest you to release the existing PDI instance and request for a fresh one. Unfortunately, there is no official support available for the Personal Development Instances and requesting a new instance is only solution available to resolve it.

The developer instance is under maintenance now and you can request Servicenow to notify you when your instance is available.

Is it PDI Or Customer Instance. 

If it is PDI, Most probably you won't get it once it goes offline. Better to request new one.
