The instance is offline.

Hi ,

My personal Instance is showing offline for a longer time. How to solve this?

Tried multiple time since morning but no luck.

It showing below message 

"The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes"

Hi @BattalaB ,

 

It happened with my PDI 2 times, but it woke after 1-2 days. There might be facility to enter email to notify you once it is online. do that.

 

Currently some PDI went unscheduled maintenance, please check tomorrow or keep eye on your emails, it will notify you once it is online. As I have seen it won't claim back in pool.

Hi @BattalaB 

 

 Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Only 2 options - either wait or release and get new instance.

"Their is no support available for pdi and zurich is release that's traffic is there it will take some time"
