The Knowledge Article is not displayed when I clicked "View Article" button of playbook in Workspace

Hi, I have a question regarding Playbook.
I have set up a "Show Knowledge Article" activity in Stage in Playbook, and I have also set up a knowledge article.
However when I click the "View Article" button, the Knowlwdge Article is not displayed.

The configuration of Automation and UI Layout in Playbook is below

The expected result is that the Article opens in a separate tab when the View Article button is clicked.

Can you give me some advice on what to do?

Really? Asking the same question in the same forum 3 times and even use 2 accounts? Can you please give people the time to respond to your question instead of flooding the community?
