The navigation menu does not appear.

Hello, It's Ken.

 

We recently upgraded from Washington DC to Yokohama.
After the upgrade, the navigation menu (within the red frame in the image) sometimes appears and sometimes does not, which is causing issues.

When we refresh the screen using F5 or similar methods, the menu may appear or disappear inconsistently.

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
If you know how to resolve it, please let us know.

We tried the suggested method, but it did not produce the expected results.

Are you referring to the pop-up windows? If yes, just to clarify—the navigation does not appear in the pop-up window. It only works when you open the record in a new tab. You may go ahead and log a ServiceNow support case for further assistance.

seems to be a cache issue if it's happening for some users

Did you try to clear cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Is this happening for some users?
