I dont See my custom scoped table in the trigger Step of flow designer in the the scoped application

I'm working on the Doc Intl and in the integeration part whenever i activate the extract flow designer the table name in trigger step is not being autopopulated and when i try to set it in manual table it is not showing in the list to choose

As from the attached Image you can see table name is not auto populated and if i try to set my table name the name of the table is not shown in list
