The phone number field in the sctask is not reflecting after updating.

The phone number field in the sctask of a catalog request is not showing up.
and even I fill it by self , Every time reopen the sctask the phone number is blank again...
Please give us a solution.

Did you created phone number as custom field on sc_task..?
How you are saving form after filling the phone number...?
If possible, Please attach some screenshot for better understanding.

I update the Mobile number in the time of request but after submitting the request item the mobile number is not reflecting in the RITM & SC Task.
