The request item stage value(parenthesis) not showing into list view,Pls advise how to fix this.

Does this RITM have stages? Is it part of a (work)flow where stages are set? It looks like it doesn't, but we only see what you are looking at, not what is in the record itself. 

If you open the record and check on the xml, what does it say in 'stage'?
