Hello,
I've crafted a design flow for catalog items, allowing only users with admin roles to create both RIMT and catalog tasks. However, for other users, they can only create RIMT. How can I configure it so that any user can create both RIMT and catalog tasks within this design flow?
P.S. I've tried employing "available For" in catalog items, and attempted to establish ACL, but neither method yielded the desired outcome.
Solved! Go to Solution.

first thing is the visibility of that catalog item on portal. This you can handle using Available for User criteria
the next thing is ensure Flow is designed to Run as System User
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
