The 'Show XML' option for a record is not rendering correctly on Firefox (Currently on the latest version: v72)

Hi All,

As you can see on the attached image for some reason Firefox is no longer able to load the formatted xml for a record, when I click the 'Show XML' option.

This issue has been happening for a couple of weeks now, and I was wondering if anyone has faced the same issue and have a solution to resolve this?

The same issue occurs, on all the instances that I have used so far.

It works fine on Chrome, but I prefer to use Firefox, therefore please dont raise that as a suggestion!

You might have to uninstall and install the latest version of Firefox on your office computer.

This should fix your issue.

Hi, as a work-around you should be able to right click on the popup and 'view page source'.

I found a similar issue with my preferred browser, Safari. I know this isn't directly relevant to the OP who uses Firefox, but for other Safari users I resolved this using the instructions at the following link. This works for me... no extensions required and without having to use the extra step of 'show page source'.
