The text set in the Service Portal Tag Line does not reflect when switched to Japanese

I set the text for the Tag Line from the Service Portal's Branding Editor. However, when I switched the language settings to Japanese and checked the portal page, the set text was not reflected, and the default text was displayed instead.

I am unsure whether there is an issue with the translation settings or a problem with the reflection of the changes. If anyone knows the cause, could you please provide guidance?
