The VITs in ServiceNow were not closing even if they were closed in Tenable.

Hi Community,

ln Vulnerability Response, the VITs closed in Tenable were not getting updated in ServiceNow. I am not able to find what was the issue. Can anyone suggest me the possible reasons for not closing in ServiceNow.

Hi Laxmi, 
We experience the same problem. In this doc ServiceNow says that all VIs that have transitioned, or will transition, to Closed/Fixed are imported with the next scheduled import of the Tenable.sc Fixed Vulnerabilities Integration. So I believe the problem is related to the Tenable.sc Fixed Vulnerabilities Integration, but the integration seems to work with successful logs in the Vulnerability Integrations Runs table.
