The Zabbix integration API is opening two or sometimes three incidents, with only 1 Zabbix event occ

Hello, we have had integration with Zabbix for a long time.
We haven't changed anything, and neither have they.
It was working, but in May it starts to double and we don't know why.
The integration inserts incidents into our instance, but also makes other integrations (like email, for example), and for these others it only sends once, but for ServiceNow, despite Zabbix triggering only 1 event, it is opening 2 or 3 incidents.

So Zabbix makes a REST API call towards your ServiceNow instance to create an incident. To start with further debugging, we should check on the Zabbix front how and when the REST API calls are being made, Moreover, we should inspect the ServiceNow instance logs to verify how many calls are being received by the instance from Zabbix.
