Theme Customization in Domain-Separated Environment

domain-separated environment and using the theme builder to customize themes for each domain. When I apply the theme to one domain, it works fine. But when I apply it to another domain, the changes go back to the default Polaris view. Has anyone experienced this? if possible how to fix it?

That's the expected behaviour , nothing to fix unfortunately.

As per Doc , Domain separation is not supported for themes.
