Can you someone help me? Before I was able to attach a mhtml file to an incident record and now I am encountering an error.
"File type not permitted or mime type does not match the file content"
glide.attachment.extensions = No value
glide.security.file.mime_type.validation = TRUE (as per SN recommendation this should be set to TRUE)
Zipping the file can be a workaround but we don't want to attach it as zip file. Thank you
