Third party Integration

Hi All,

I am performing one integration using flow action which is calling SI to create the request body and then posting it to third party URL. The integration is only uni-directional i.e I am posting data to third party system, now when this third party system will reply with a status message where it will post this reply to so my query is do I also need to provide my instance URL as well or not ?

When you are consuming their endpoint using the REST STEP you already get the http code and error message if any for that API call.

This is immediately shared by 3rd party since you are consuming their endpoint. It's a real-time flow of http status and error message if any to you.

Now coming to your other question

If 3rd party wants to perform some action within ServiceNow then you can share scripted REST API to them
