This workflow contains 1 activity conditions without an input and output transition, but I can't find the activity

My workflow.

Click validate workflow. There are two warning message.

First message, This workflow contains 1 activity conditions without an input transition.

Second message, This workflow contains 1 activity conditions without an output transition.

I think, there is "Normal change tasks" activity, but I can't see and delete it.

How to see and delete it?

Try zooming out on your workflow. Maybe it's way off to the side.

Try to Move the activities. Some  time wen we do copy activity it hides the original activity.

I already tried as you suggestion. I zoom out and delete all activities, but it's still warning, please find picture as below.
